Health & Wellness
Our summer camp provides children with a fun, creative, educational and enriching experience through yoga movement classes, mindfulness activities, relaxation, games, crafts, field trips and outdoor time.
We offer a non-competitive and supportive environment where kids can learn to work cooperatively as well as learn to care for and nurture themselves. Each week-long camp is sure to create lasting memories, new friendships, and a foundation for health and well-being!
Every summer, we offer seven one-week sessions, each with a variety of programs for children ages four to fourteen. The day begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm. For an additional fee, extended care is available from 8:00 to 9:00am and from 4:00 to 6:00pm.Many Summer Camp instructors are CHDS teachers and members of the SchoolÕs After School Program staff, as well as other invited professionals. The number of campers in each group ranges from 20 to 30, depending on the program. At least two adults are always with each group.
